We hand-pack every MerciBox with care. We hope you love it as much as we loved curating it.

Return window

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request any return, refund, replacement, or to report dissatisfaction.

The reporting window for all requests is based on the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information.

To submit a request, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

Requests must include the order number, supporting photos (if applicable), and a brief explanation.

Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

What we accept

We accept requests only for items that arrived defective, were damaged in transit, or were incorrectly shipped.

Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with your order for reasons other than defect, damage, or incorrect item, you must still contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Such cases are handled at our discretion, and we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund, store credit or gift card, a discount on a future order, a free replacement of one component, or another solution we determine appropriate.

What we don’t accept

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, unused gifts, used items, or items returned without prior written authorization.

Condition

Approved returns must be sent back in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Refunds / Exchanges

Once your return is received (if applicable), we’ll confirm approval.

For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method or an exchange, at our discretion.

Approved monetary refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.

Shipping costs

Return shipping is covered by us only in cases of defect, damage, or incorrect item; otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
