    • Shipping fees for orders under $35 are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3–9 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
  • Business days: Shipping and delivery timelines are calculated in business days only and do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, where available.
  • Carrier responsibility: Delivery timelines are estimates and are determined by the shipping provider. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control may occur.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
