We want you to always know where your order is and what stage it’s at.

MerciBox uses Shopify’s secure order status system, which provides real-time updates directly from the shipping carrier.

How Order Tracking Works

Order Confirmation Email

As soon as you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This email includes your order number, a “View your order” link, your order details, and the selected delivery method. This email confirms that your order was successfully placed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number, a tracking link provided by the carrier, and a secure Shopify order status page link. All delivery updates come directly from the carrier and are reflected on the order status page.

View Your Order Status Anytime

You can check your order status at any time by clicking the “View your order” link in your confirmation or shipping email, or by logging into your Shopify customer account if you created one during checkout. The order status page shows your order preparation stage, shipment status, and tracking updates once available.

Didn’t Receive an Email?

If you don’t see your order or shipping confirmation email, check your spam or promotions folder, search for emails from MerciBox, and make sure the email address used at checkout is correct. If you still can’t find it, we’re happy to help.

Local Delivery Orders

For local delivery in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph, orders are delivered based on our delivery policy. You’ll still receive an order confirmation and a delivery update by email. If you have delivery-specific questions, contact us and include your order number.

Order Updates & Changes

If you need to update a delivery address or have a question about your order, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and delivery city.

A Note on Trust & Security

All order updates are handled through Shopify’s secure system, tracking links are provided only to the email used at checkout, and we never share order details publicly. MerciBox is a small, family-run business in Waterloo, Ontario, and every order is handled with care. If something doesn’t look right, we want to know and will always respond.
